Interactive coaching groups offered by Essential Elements Coaching:
Women in Transition: women who are facing any type of life or work transition and are ready to look inside themselves to explore what they want, who they want to be and are ready to move forward to get it!
The Synergy Exchange: women entrepreneurs and wellness professionals who want to define, achieve and surpass their business vision while connecting with other women business owners. The Synergy Exchange group helps them to stay focused and accountable, brainstorm new marketing strategies and overcome obstacles while taking their business to the next level.
Each group has a maximum of 6 participants, runs for 3 months and meets face-to-face in the Carmel Valley area of San Diego. Group goals include defining your vision, improving self confidence, increasing accountability and focus, improving your sales and marketing and discovering how challenges can be a catalyst for positive change and growth. These bi-monthly coaching sessions will allow you to clarify, grow and take action on what you need to do to move forward and be successful. Although not required, many participants choose to continue into the next 3-month session. Some of the groups have been running continuously for over 2 years.
