Patty Sommer, MSW offers 3 types of small, supportive, interactive coaching groups for women:
1. Women in Transition: women who are facing any type of life or work transition and are ready to look inside themselves to explore what they want, who they want to be and are ready to move forward to get it
2. Transitioning Through Divorce & Beyond: women who have recently experienced divorce and want to use this transition as a catalyst to grow and learn while planning for their fabulous future
3. The Synergy Exchange: women entrepreneurs and wellness professionals who want to define, achieve and surpass their business vision while connecting with other women business owners. The Synergy Exchange group helps them to stay focused and accountable, brainstorm new marketing strategies and overcome obstacles while taking their business to the next level.
Each group has a maximum of 6 participants, runs for 3 months and meets face-to-face in the Carmel Valley area of San Diego. Group goals include defining your vision, improving self confidence, increasing accountability and focus, and discovering how challenges can be a catalyst for positive change and growth. These bi-monthly coaching sessions will allow you to clarify, grow and take action on what you need to do to move forward and be successful. Although not required, many participants choose to continue into the next 3-month session. Some of the groups have been running continuously for over a year.
Patty has developed a unique process of customized group coaching to meet each participant's needs while also honoring the group as a whole. Pre-group, she meets with each group member to assess your individual situation, expectations and goals. Based on this input, Patty develops the topics and themes that will best meet everyone's needs. These groups attract women who are positive, open-minded, spiritual, motivated, insightful and supportive. Patty's groups are all based on Law of Attraction, positive thought principles.
