I founded Essential Elements Coaching because I am passionate about facilitating personal growth. I love supporting and coaching

I work from a heart-centered and practical approach, using my intuition, knowledge, training and experience as a coach and business owner to guide me.
In addition, I am truly passionate about partnering with small business owners, to help them conquer the challenges they face, focus on what's most important and effective, and get the results for which they've been striving. By combining my 25 years experience in sales, marketing and leadership, with my success as an owner of several businesses, it enables me to understand and guide entrepreneurs as they define their vision and create the business they’ve always wanted.
My clients tell me they come to me because of who I am: non-judgmental, curious, pragmatic, effective, caring, down-to-earth, spiritual and real. I believe that people can do whatever they set their mind and action to. As a coach, I partner with my clients, supporting, encouraging, challenging and holding them accountable along the way.
